This is our main office number and to be used to contact us, schedule appointments, or after hours messages. Any Life-Threatening emergency, call 911. If you have a non-life-threatening emergency, this is the number to leave a message at after hours.

Calls are not answered at this line, if you do not text, simply hang up once you call- no need to leave a message. THIS IS NOT MONITORED AFTER NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS. This number is intended to assist in our check- in process only. Any appointment requests or questions direct to the office phone line or our email addresses. You may receive return call from this number after office hours, however, it is not a monitored number after hours.
