Our building shares the parking lot with the Glen Praire Restaurant & Crown Plaza Hotel. Athletico and Kizuna are at the front of our building – we are around the east side.

During business hours: If you reach our voice mail, we may be assisting other patients or on another phone line. Please take the time to leave your message and number so we may contact you as soon as possible.

After Hours: please also leave your message and number, we do check messages regularly. Any non-emergency call will be contacted the next business day.

After hour emails or weekend emails will be returned during
normal office hours.

Emergency contact: A phone call is the best way to reach us. Emails are not seen while we are providing care and are not monitored after hours. Please allow time for email responses as they are attended to after patient care.
